Polyglyceryl fatty ester is a new and efficient non-ionic surfactant. It is esterified by natural glycerol and fatty acid at high temperature, and can be widely used in cosmetics, food, medicine and other fields. Mainly used as emulsifier; Stabilizing agent; Dispersant; Thickener; Defoaming agent; Quality improver; Oil crystallization regulator; Chocolate consistency adjuster; Fungicide. The most important characteristic is that it is quite stable under acidic conditions and has good thermal stability, and is not easy to hydrolyze.
